Sales & Event Manager

Evenses Entertainment arranges bookings for all kinds of entertainment in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Spain, France, and the United Kingdom. We offer over 1,000 different services and products: from well-known artists and DJs to musicians and cover bands. And from casino nights and photo booths to dance shows and cocktail bars. Our clients include the largest companies in the world, but we also happily assist small-scale weddings and private parties. We are an innovative company in the entertainment sector. Your role at Evenses
For the daily operations and the further expansion of our company, we are looking for an enterpreneurial, commercially driven, and committed colleague with a strong talent for sales, customer service, and event management. As a Sales & Event Manager, you will work in a young and entrepreneurial team and be closely involved in all aspects of the organization.
You will have a lot of freedom and responsibility for the following tasks:
o Sales: advising and selling our customers the right entertainment
o Event Management: organizing and planning bookings
o Assisting with the (international) expansion of Evenses
o Mentoring and assessing one or two interns
o We don't work with fixed job profiles; there are also opportunities in online marketing, establishing partnerships, content creation, and much more. These are tasks you can learn and master as you go. This also depends on what's needed within the company at that moment and on your talents and interests.

You are commercially oriented, independent, entrepreneurial, communicative, and assertive. You are flexible, eager to learn, and a team player. You enjoy getting things done, selling, and have a passion for entertainment. You can also manage interns and are a pleasant person to have on our team.
What you can expect from us:
You will work in a young, entrepeneurial, and rapidly growing company where you will be involved in all aspects of the business. You can contribute to the rollout of our successful concept, learning all the ins and outs of the entertainment and events industry. You will work in a close-knit, international, and ambitious team of approximately 15 people, with plenty of room for your own initiative. We value hard work, but a good atmosphere and pleasant collaboration are just as important. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer attractive benefits and a pleasant working atmosphere. We're currently working from a fun and vibrant location in Malaga, Spain, where we're expanding our team.
Compensation:
- We're preferably looking for someone who can work independently or as a freelancer.
- Competitive salary (€2200-€3000, of which €2000 is fixed and €200 to approximately €1000 is a bonus). This is based on fulltime.
- Generous bonus scheme: for every booking, you'll receive €10 to €35 (approximately €200-€1000 per month, depending on your number of bookings)
- Travel allowance (negotiable, max €200 per month)
- 20 vacation days, increasing to 25 vacation days (also as a freelancer), this is based on fulltime.
